Terms of use

1. Service

VILDRA helps hosts discover local information, add their knowledge and publish an interactive local guest companion. VILDRA is not a booking platform, property-management system or emergency service.

2. Account and stay

Hosts provide accurate information, protect account access and use VILDRA only for stays they may manage. Each stay has its own guide and subscription contract.

3. Content and publishing

Drafts are private. The host decides what to publish and is responsible for their texts, images and tips and for holding the necessary rights. VILDRA may process this content as required to provide the service.

4. Free trial

The trial lasts 30 days and starts only with the first successful publish. Account creation, discovery and private preview do not start it. No credit card is required and no payment obligation arises without successful paid Checkout.

After expiry, the public guide may be paused. Host content remains available for later reactivation.

5. Price and subscription

VILDRA costs CHF 9.90 per stay per month or CHF 99 per stay per year. No additional Swiss VAT is currently charged. This does not promise permanent tax treatment.

A paid subscription starts through successful Stripe Checkout and renews automatically for the selected monthly or annual period until cancelled.

6. Cancellation, payment and refunds

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time in the Customer Portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period; the public guide remains active until then and is paused afterwards. Content remains stored.

VILDRA may pause the public guide after payment failure. Normal cancellation does not create an automatic pro-rata refund. Statutory rights remain unaffected and voluntary goodwill remains possible.

7. External information and AI

Places, opening hours, prices, availability, weather, events, routes and duration can change. AI answers may be incomplete or incorrect. External places and providers are not operated by VILDRA. Important information should be checked with the relevant provider.

VILDRA is not a reliable source for emergencies or safety-critical decisions. It does not guarantee bookings, availability or commercial success.

8. Availability and responsibility

VILDRA provides the service with reasonable care but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Mandatory liability and statutory rights remain reserved.

9. Law and contact

Swiss law applies unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Mandatory venues remain reserved. Contact hello@vildra.site with questions.
